Even as a teenager, I was an aggressive business builder. At 17, I was working at a real estate firm as a clerical assistant, was headed off to college, but I wanted so much more, and I wanted it now, not later. I had my sights set on a brokers position with my company My boss didnt take me seriously, My co-workers thought that I was nuts, and my friends just didnt understand. I maintained my focus, a strong work ethic, and eventually the opportunity presented itself. The circumstances were less than ideal, in fact, it was do or die! But within a few months, I became a top producer at that firm, and by my 20th birthday, a consistent 6 figure earner. I dont share this with you to brag, but only to let you know that opportunities are everywhere, especially where you may not be taken seriously, or your friends and family think youre crazy for trying. Set a goal, stay focused, and understand that no is only temporary.
FDI is the perfect vehicle for me; expanding my vision, re-defining my circles of influence and enabling me to control my time. In fact, the time freedom I have been afforded by FDI is priceless.
