In a recent leadership summit, Al addressed his team as follows: It amazes me how many people say that they want to build it that they will do whatever it takes, yet aren't willing to make some small changes to get it done. They say its hard, NO! this business isn't hard at all. Hard is NOT being able to pay your bills, NOT being able to make good on your commitments, NOT being able to provide for your family, LIVING on the STREET THATS hard. HARD is looking yourself in the mirror knowing that you DIDN'T give it 100%, that you could have done more, that you could have gotten up a few minutes earlier and went to bed a few minutes later. This business is the EASIEST thing you'll ever do You've just got to GO AND DO IT!
